Using Yogit
The website provides information about Yogit. If we make the browser preview available to you, it is an early version and its features may change or be temporarily unavailable. Please use the website and preview lawfully, do not interfere with their operation, and do not try to gain unauthorised access to systems or other people’s information.
Practise with care
Yogit is for general wellbeing and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Choose practices appropriate for your experience and circumstances. Stop if anything hurts or feels uncomfortable. If you have an injury, a health condition, are pregnant or have concerns about exercise, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before practising.
Your preview data
The current browser preview stores your preferences and practice information locally on your device, without an account or cloud sync. Clearing browser data or losing your device can remove it. You can export a backup in the preview’s settings; keep that backup somewhere safe. See our privacy notice for details.
App availability and pricing
The free tier and £9.99 per year plan shown on the website are proposed and are not currently available to purchase. Features, availability and pricing may change before launch. Before you make any purchase, we will provide the applicable price, billing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms, and explain any relevant consumer rights. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell a subscription now.
Content and links
Yogit’s text, design, images and other materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may view and use them for your personal use, but please do not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission unless the law allows it. Links to third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
Our responsibility
We aim to keep the website and preview useful and available, but we cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as Yogit develops. The date above shows when they were last updated. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you retain the protection of any mandatory laws and the right to bring proceedings in your local courts where applicable.
